Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support project finances on site in Singapore East. You will prepare payment responses for suppliers and subcontractors, assist with RFQ and procurement, and perform take-offs and measurements for SOIs issued by CAG.

You will also prepare substantiation documents for Monthly Progress Claims, project payment projections, and coordinate with the team to certify SIVO for all subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficient in PDF measurement or related measurement software.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Based at the project site office, East.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment responses for suppliers and subcontractors’ interim monthly claim.
• Assist to raise the RFQ and procurement for the project.
• Take-off and measurement for SOIs issued by CAG.
• Prepare the substantiation documents for Monthly Progress Claims from CAG.
• Prepare the projection for the subcontractors and suppliers payment on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with the project team to assess and certify the SIVO for all the subcontractors.
• Prepare the relevant document for newly engaged Subcontractors for CAG’s acceptance; and
• Provide necessary assistance and support ACM and SQS as and when required.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
