Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor Manager at Changi Business Park to lead commercial, cost planning and contract management across multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's/ Diploma in QS or related field, 10–12 years' experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, and the ability to mentor a QS team while delivering value throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Demonstrated leadership in commercial and tender environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial and Tender Management: develop strategies, review submissions, plan procurement.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control: establish budgets, monitor performance, cash flow and profitability.
• Oversee Contracts and Commercial Risks: contract admin, claims, variations, disputes; approve payments.
• Lead Team and Business Performance: mentor QS team, allocate manpower, monitor performance.
