THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor at a senior level in Singapore. Location: Changi Business Park, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm, with a salary in the SGD range and variable bonus potential.

The candidate should hold a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related fields, with 10–12 years of experience including at least 3 years in supervision. You will lead commercial strategies, cost control, and contract management for multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

Lead Commercial and Tender Management: develop commercial strategies for tenders and projects, review and approve tender submissions before submission, lead procurement planning and subcontract award strategies.
Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control: establish project cost management strategies and budgets, monitor financial performance across multiple projects, review project cash flow forecasts and profitability reports.
Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks: oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, lead negotiations on contractual claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution, approve interim payment certifications and final accounts.
Lead Team and Business Performance: manage, mentor, and develop the Quantity Surveying team, allocate manpower and monitor team performance.
