Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Building/Civil Engineering & Construction Management.
• Basic understanding of construction costing, contracts and procurement processes.
• Familiar with QS tools/software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress claims for main contracts and subcontract works.
• Support project team on contract administration, variation orders and EOT submissions.
• Carry out quantity taking off for structural, architectural and external works and prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
• Assist in procurement: source quotations and prepare evaluations.
• Liaise with consultants and seek clarifications on contract scope and variations.
• Prepare project budgets for close monitoring with accounts and project team.
• Track material quantities against project budget costs.
• Verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Settlement of final accounts with clients and vendors.
• Attend project site meetings.
