e3 design pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation, tendering, and budget management for interior fit-out projects in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of interior design/fit-out experience in Singapore.
• Resourceful and numerically attentive.
• Experience in full interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and compile tender documents.
• Evaluate bids and negotiate with suppliers or subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
• Process interim payment applications, claims, and valuation of variations.
• Settle final accounts and handle contract dispute resolution.
• Guide, mentor, and supervise junior quantity surveyors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superiors.
