Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) required.

Responsibilities

• Take off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work for all subcontract packages.
• Support measurement and pricing on contract VO claims.
• Process monthly progress claims and final claims.
• Attend contracts administration & documentation for the project.
• Perform remeasurement for subcontract payments and final accounts.
