Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and project costing.
• Familiar with local practices and regulations; proficient in MS Office and QS software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre- and post-tender documentation.
• Prepare tender BQ/quotations including take-off, materials, and costing.
• Conduct site measurements and verify work for payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual matters.
• Review contract documents and identify risks and cost implications.
• Ensure compliance with terms, specs, and company policies.
• Support procurement and contract administration for the project team.
