Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on cost management, tendering, and contract administration across commercial and corporate projects.

You will prepare cost estimates, review tenders, and monitor budgets, while supporting junior QS colleagues and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience handling QS activities from pre-tender to final account is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, Bills of Quantities, and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions.
• Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for valuations.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost performance.
• Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Provide guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors where required.

Your Role & Impact

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience handling QS activities from pre-tender to final account is preferred
• Familiarity with commercial projects and/or office fit-out works is an advantage
• Strong costing, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
