RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage tender documents, contracts, budgets, and BOQ, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role involves assessment of progress payments to subcontractors and suppliers, preparation of progress claims and variation orders to clients, and settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors. Ideal candidate holds a degree in QS, Civil Engineering or Building, and can meet tight deadlines while working
