Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning and procurement activities for construction projects in Singapore.

The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities, evaluating quotations, managing sub-contracts, and ensuring accurate cost reporting. You will collaborate with project teams to control costs and process payments and claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimating for construction projects.
• Familiar with contractual documents and change orders.
• Proficient in reviewing quotations and cost claims.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities for projects.
• Obtain quotations and evaluate them for decisions.
• Prepare sub-contract/purchasing documents for review and approval.
• Cost management of projects.
• Assist supervisor in preparing EOT, acceleration and prolongation cost claims.
• Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work.
• Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
