RAYMOND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage contract administration, cost analyses, and tender preparation for construction projects. The role involves close liaison with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate reporting and control of project finances.

The candidate should have a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare tender and contract documentation with completeness checks.
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Assist in monthly cost monitoring vs. budget and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review subcontracts and relevant terms and conditions.
• Attend site meetings and assist in reports and post-mortems.
