Job summary

RAPID SCAFFOLDING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned quantity surveying professional to lead the commercial aspects of construction and scaffolding projects.

You will prepare, review and evaluate tenders, bills of quantities and contract documents, and manage budgets, cost estimates and commercial reporting. Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, cost control and progress claims is essential. Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or commercial management

Qualifications

• Experience leading quantity surveying and commercial functions on construction projects.
• Experience preparing and evaluating tenders, bills of quantities and contract documents.
• Ability to manage budgets, cost estimates, and commercial reporting.
• Monitor expenditure, contract values, variations and cost performance.
• Prepare and negotiate progress claims, variations orders and contractual claims.
• 5+ years in quantity surveying or commercial management in the construction industry.
• Candidates with scaffolding, formwork or specialised construction exposure have an added advantage.

Responsibilities
