Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage large-scale civil projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Responsibilities include preparing contract quantity surveys, managing submissions of subcontractor claims, and ensuring project compliance. Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from recognized universities.
• At least 10 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor for large-scale building construction projects.
• Shall be well versed in different levels of government agencies and construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing quantities of materials necessary for procurement and tendering.
• Responsible for preparing pre- and post-tender contract quantity surveys.
• Responsible for tracking submissions of subcontractor progress claims and variations.
• Responsible for managing projects and ensuring that all requirements are matched and fulfilled.
• Management and evaluation of all progress claims matter to project owners and subcontractors.
