Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, and pricingmaterials for tender submissions.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis, including price comparison and evaluation, to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
• Manage project documentation, including interim valuations, contract variations, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient cost control and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to negotiate contracts and resolve any cost-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure complianceand enhance cost management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least2 - 3 years of working experience in Construction industry.
• Number Crunching Enthusiasm: You've got a knack for numbers and a love for calculations. Your attention to detail is second to none, and you're always ready to dive into the nitty-gritty of cost management.
