Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
• Minimum six years’ experience as a quantity surveyor in consultancy.
• Proficiency with industry-standard measurement software.
• Strong knowledge of local contract forms and building regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects to deadlines.
• Excellent communication for negotiations with contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for tenders.
