Job Descriptions

  • Manage and prepare the cost plans and budgets for the construction projects (main contractor)
  • managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
  • Provide detailed cost breakdowns for tender submissions
  • Prepare bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and contract documentation.
  • Monitor contract variations, claims, and changes in scope.
  • Prepare and review progress claims and payment certifications for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Seeks to minimise costs while adhering to the required standards and policies.
  • Keep track of the progression of the contract and document any changes in design.
  • Call for tender and negotiate with sub cons
  • Prepare and agree on final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Office-based and will go on several site visits.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction related field
  • Min 5 years’ experience in the construction field (main contractor experience preferred)
  • Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work
  • Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
  • Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
