Job Descriptions
- Manage and prepare the cost plans and budgets for the construction projects (main contractor)
- managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
- Provide detailed cost breakdowns for tender submissions
- Prepare bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and contract documentation.
- Monitor contract variations, claims, and changes in scope.
- Prepare and review progress claims and payment certifications for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Seeks to minimise costs while adhering to the required standards and policies.
- Keep track of the progression of the contract and document any changes in design.
- Call for tender and negotiate with sub cons
- Prepare and agree on final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Office-based and will go on several site visits.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction related field
- Min 5 years’ experience in the construction field (main contractor experience preferred)
- Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work
- Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
