Job summary

Eastspring Investments Singapore Limited is seeking a technically rigorous analytics professional to join the Global CIO team. The role focuses on integrating and evolving platform-wide data and tools to support better decision-making across equities and fixed income.

You will work at the intersection of investment discipline and quantitative rigor, developing analytics, productionising models, and providing meaningful insights to senior investment teams and the CIO.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of analytics or tech experience supporting equity or fixed income teams.
• Proficient in SQL, R or Python and front-end frameworks such as Shiny, Dash, Quarto.
• Familiar with how alpha is generated for equities and fixed income.
• Familiar with engineering practices: version control, CI/CD, unit testing, API integration.
• Differentiating skills: Azure ecosystem, Databricks, front-end development.
• Multi-agent systems and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy investment analytics with version control and release cycles.
• Prototype production-ready analytical approaches and maintain production-grade code.
• Translate analytics into actionable advice for the Global CIO and investment teams.
• Provide on-demand CIO support and contribute to strategic business objectives.
