Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience building and managing quantitative or passive strategies.
• Strong knowledge of global equity markets and index construction methodologies.
• Experience with portfolio implementation and beta solutions.
• Ability to work with dealing, data, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new index strategies and beta solutions.
• Monitor and manage portfolios and beta funds daily.
• Create, review and monitor trade orders with the dealing desk.
• Contribute to ongoing beta solutions platform development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, data, and tech teams.
