Job summary

Eastspring Investments in Singapore is seeking a technically rigorous analytics professional to support the Global CIO in driving regional investment excellence across Equities and Fixed Income, with oversight on multi-asset and quantitative strategies.

You will contribute to the design, development and deployment of investment analytics, manage version control and release cycles, and prototype production-grade quantitative approaches to strengthen decision-making across the investment platform.

Qualifications

3–5 years of analytics or technology experience supporting equities or fixed income teams.
Fluency in alpha generation across the investment lifecycle and communicating to senior stakeholders.
Proficient in SQL, R/Python and front-end frameworks such as Shiny, Dash and Quarto.
Familiar with how alpha is generated for equities and/or fixed income.
Familiar with engineering practices—version control, CI/CD, unit testing, API integration.

Responsibilities

Support CIO initiatives and Management Information for better decision-making.
Contribute to the Performance Labs and scalable investment analytics capability.
Design, develop and deploy investment analytics, including version control and release cycles.
Identify and productionise new analytical approaches to complement decision-making.
