Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee In-coming, In-process, Final QC, QA, QA systems, laboratory and related quality services. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and achieving section KPIs aligned with corporate goals.

In this position, you will lead performance appraisals, train engineers and technicians, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining 5S housekeeping standards and timely management reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or degree in relevant areas.
• Minimum 10 years with management experience.
• Extensive PCB manufacturing quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee In-coming, In-process, Final QC and QA operations.
• Lead KPI setting and achievement across quality sections.
• Plan resources to meet production and process capability.
• Drive cost saving programs within the quality function.
• Ensure documentation control and compliance.
• Develop engineers and technicians to reach potential.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
• Support improvement programs and reporting.
