Job summary

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Process, Chemistry or a related field.
At least 1 year of manufacturing process experience.
PCB industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving departmental quality targets.
Collaborate with production and suppliers to investigate and troubleshoot process issues.
Initiate evaluation and improve existing processes.
Define and work on next level technology related to the PCB process.
Respond to quality complaints and address discrepancies.
Initiate continuous cost reduction activities.
Prepare and standardize work procedures and provide training to technicians.
Set quarterly MBOs and review them with management.
