Job summary

TALENT SEARCH PTE. LTD. client seeks a seasoned Quality leader to oversee quality functions across manufacturing sites and R&D, guiding engineers and technicians.

You will drive improvement programs for product, material, process, and operational quality, while leading corrective actions, audits, and cross-functional initiatives. We expect a Bachelor of Engineering with 10 years in quality within semiconductor/electronics environments, strong problem-solving, and expertise in FMEA, OCAP, Control

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (engineering degree) required.
• 10 years of quality function experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing/R&D.
• Proven people management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Knowledge of FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of quality functions and lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to support manufacturing sites and R&D operations.
• Develop and implement improvement programs on product, material, process, and operational quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused programs promoting engagement, quality awareness, and operational excellence.
• Responsible for all quality-related matters, including customer quality issues, internal quality concerns, investigations, audits, customer visits, and corrective actions.
• Plan, conduct, and support internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve Engineering Change Notifications, Engineering Requests, and Process Change Notifications; participate in Yield Teams and cross-functional activities.

Job Scope

• Oversee the full spectrum of quality functions and leading a team of Engineers and Technicians to support manufacturing sites and R&D operations
• Develop and implement improvement programs and methods on product, material, process, and operational quality

Requirement

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• 10 years of working experience in quality function in a mid-size semiconductor / electronics manufacturing / R&D environment
• Proven people management skill and effective work with cross functional team to drive quality initiatives across the organization
• Proficiency in FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan and SPC
• Problem analyzing and solving using statistical methodology
• Working knowledge of all quality system elements, auditing experience and TS 16949 knowledge
• Project management skills
