Working Hours

5-Day Work Week (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Salary & Allowances

Monthly Salary: SGD 5,500 - SGD 6,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the overall company quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) department operations, ensuring full compliance with semiconductor industry expectations.
• Develop, implement, and update company-wide quality policies, cleanroom inspection standards, and precision manufacturing procedures.
• Serve as the management representative for ISO 9001 audits and drive customer-specific semiconductor quality requirements.
• Lead high-level customer quality reviews, strategic quality improvements, and defect reduction programs for semiconductor components.
• Manage critical supplier quality performance (e.g., raw material suppliers, special process subcontractors like anodizing, plating, and cleanroom cleaning).
• Mentor, train, and develop the QA/QC team to master advanced semiconductor metrology and inspection standards.
• Drive a zero-defect quality culture across production, engineering, and management levels for high-end technology applications.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial) or a related field.
• At least 5 to 8 years of quality management experience in precision machining, specifically within the semiconductor components manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of international quality standards, ISO 9001, and semiconductor-specific quality systems/requirements.
• Proven track record in handling critical international semiconductor clients, passing stringent customer audits, and resolving complex engineering and machining quality issues.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of manufacturing quality and workplace safety.
