Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project management.
• Familiarity with Kepner-Tregoe, FMEA, 8D, or 5 Whys is preferable.
• Familiarity with Semiconductor process flow and SPC is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deviation evaluations with the deviations owners.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting efforts.
• Drive accountability of actions and follow-up.
• Manage global and internal lessons learned systems.
• Improve cross-area event response methods and procedures.
• Publish excursion performance to management and facilitate excursion review meetings.
