Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. Singapore is seeking a self-driven PQA Engineer to join the Site Quality team. You will lead MRB and 8D activities, manage quality deviations, and collaborate with Global Quality and Central Teams to reduce supply chain impact.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Material/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Objective driven to achieve targets in tight schedules with limited resources.
• Strong communication and coordinating abilities across teams.
• Good interpersonal skills and growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Work with Area Process/Equipment Owners and Central teams to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers' quality requirement.
• Manage quality deviation and drive closure of corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform Data Mining as part of problem solving to improve quality performance.
• Collaborate with Global Quality and Central Teams to address key customer quality issues.
• Develop relationships with Global Quality and Central Teams to improve business processes.
• Lead projects to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools or RPA to drive effectiveness and efficiency improvements.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
