Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proven skills in team building between different departments.
• Demonstrated capability in managing and prioritizing projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to analyze and report data to drive improvement.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and achieve cross area engagement.
• Ability to train team members both in classroom settings and individually.
• Experience with problem solving methodologies (Kepner-Tregoe, FMEA, 8D, 5 whys).
• Familiarity with Semiconductor process flow, manufacturing flow, product testing, and quality/deviation management systems.
• Familiarity with Process control solutions including evaluating SPC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deviation evaluations with the deviations owners.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting efforts.
• Drive accountability of actions and follow-up.
• Validate root causes are supported by data.
• Maintain documentation for excursions.
• Help to resolve roadblocks and provide guidance for deviation questions.
• Identify deviation detection deficiency and drive for early detection.
• Manage global and internal lessons learned systems.
• Improve cross-area event response methods and procedures.
• Communicate and translate corporate Quality goals.
• Publish excursion performance to management.
• Facilitate excursion review meetings.
• Develop and enhance Quality knowledge through workshops and tutorials.
• Promote Quality Culture through campaigns, quizzes, competitions and engagement programs.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with standards.
• Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope.
