Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Quality Control II / Supervisor to join our Bioanalytical team in Singapore. You will lead daily QC activities, mentor staff, ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements, and coordinate cross-functional alignment with global teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s with extensive lab experience, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and communicates effectively to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related field with ≥5 years relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with ≥7 years relevant lab experience.
• Experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the activities of team members to ensure work aligns with Labcorp policies.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted training for team growth.
• Address complex operational issues with problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines (GLPs, GCP).
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team members.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and metrics.
• Lead client inquiries resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor error trends and drive quality improvements.
