Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to drive quality across enterprise applications. You will design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests, collaborate with Analysts, Developers, and DevOps, and contribute to test strategy and quality governance.

You will lead automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and related tools, ensuring tests integrate into CI/CD pipelines and meet SDLC quality gates. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing/QA.
• Strong experience in manual and automated testing of enterprise applications.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, strategies, and cases based on requirements.
• Define and promote quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices across projects.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.
• Perform defect identification, logging, triage, root cause analysis, and verification.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Create and maintain QA documentation and governance frameworks.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices.
