Job summary

DayOne builds and operates hyperscale data centers across APAC and Europe, with SEA as a key growth region. You will establish DayOne's Center of Excellence for project delivery, designing standards, frameworks and processes to scale delivery across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMO, project management, or delivery management experience in data center or infrastructure.
• Experience designing business processes and policy documentation across multi-market environments.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for cross-market engagement.
• Willingness to travel to Johor and across SEA.

Responsibilities

• Policy and Process Standardization: design and own standardized project delivery processes and internal control frameworks across SEA.
• Project Delivery Oversight: develop delivery assessment frameworks and tailor approaches to client requirements.
• Competency and Team Development: lead competency assessments and implement training programs.
• Reporting and Analytics: consolidate data and maintain dashboards for leadership reporting.
