CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a senior QA/QC professional to lead the quality assurance and control across our project sites in Singapore. The role focuses on structural and architectural works, with active coordination of inspections, ITPs, and quality documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction/Management, with 15 years of QAQC experience in large-scale projects and 10 years in LTA

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Management or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in LTA projects and 15 years of QAQC experience in the construction industry.
• QA/QC Manager / Quality Manager experience preferred.
• Strong experience in Structural Works and Architectural Works.
• Familiarity with BCA requirements, CONQUAS, Quality Mark and Singapore standards.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, inspection records and quality documents.
• Willing to travel between project sites; Work Location: Tuas area; Work Profile: 6 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QAQC activities across project sites to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate inspections and witness testing for structural and architectural works.
• Review ITPs, method statements, checklists, and test reports.
• Ensure workmanship, materials, installation methods and processes meet approved requirements.
• Maintain quality records, audit plans, checklists, and QAQC documentation.
• Support audits and handover with consultants, clients and stakeholders.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and close out non-conformances.
• Assist in achieving CONQUAS / Quality Mark / BCA Quality Management assessments.
