Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer to own QA/QC delivery across the full lifecycle of EPC projects on site, ensuring welds, joints, and systems meet code and Gradiant standards.

You will verify materials, perform inspections, manage documentation, and coordinate with clients, PMT, subcontractors, and notifying bodies, leading QA/QC audits while maintaining calibration records and compliance evidence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required.
10+ years of QA/QC experience on multi-discipline EPC projects.
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP 3.1 certification preferred.
Strong grasp of QMS, welding inspection, and piping fabrication/installation testing requirements.
Working familiarity with conventional NDT methods.
Excellent drawing and specification literacy; detail-oriented.
Clear communicator, capable of independent work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Perform visual, fit-up, and material inspections against drawings, WPS, MDR, and MIL certificates.
Verify cutting plans against material cutting and monitor NDE coverage.
Review piping pressure test packs and compile weld/material reports.
Conduct site inspections at subcontractor workshops and coordinate witness inspections.
