Job summary

GRADIANT INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned QA/QC Lead to oversee quality assurance for EPC projects in Singapore.

You will review procedures, ITPs, drawings, and ensure compliance with project quality plans, while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10+ years in multi-discipline EPC environments, and certifications such as AWS CSWIP 3.1 (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC projects across multiple disciplines.
• Preferable AWS Certified Welding Inspector or CSWIP 3.1.
• Solid understanding of drawings, specs and QA/QC procedures.
• Familiarity with QMS, welding inspection, and NDT basics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect activities per approved procedures, drawings and standards.
• Maintain QA/QC documents, test results, NCRs and other records.
• Lead site QA/QC activities, audits and trend analysis.
• Ensure HSE compliance and alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors on QA/QC matters.
• Review piping and welding documentation and test packs.
• Deliver on-time quality outcomes and prevent rework.
