Job summary

Beauty Valley Academy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive Quality Assurance to drive compliance with Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF), Edutrust Certification Scheme and ATO requirements.

You will conduct audits, develop quality frameworks, and maintain regulatory documentation to uphold education standards and student protection. The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments in a dynamic educational

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years in ATO/ERF/Edutrust QA.
• Knowledge of Edutrust, ERF and ATO principles and quality assurance frameworks.
• Experience auditing and driving process improvements in an education setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• ACTA/ACLP qualifications will be advantageous.
• DACE/DDDLP qualifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updates and records for ERF and related requirements (Registration of PEI, changes of PEI names, premises, managers, Academic Board membership, deployment of teachers, and course approvals).
• Maintain records for Edutrust Certification Scheme and ATO requirements (Develop quality frameworks, regulatory compliance, audits, documentation and reporting).
• Collaborate across departments to enhance institutional policies and ensure consistent quality standards.
• Monitor and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
