Job summary

GLOBALTRONIC BIO-TECH PRECISION (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee product quality inspections in a manufacturing setting.

You will lead a QC team across incoming, in-process and outgoing checks, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and product specifications. The role involves coordinating with production on quality issues, liaising with vendors and customers on complaints, and driving non-conformance analyses with CAPA closure.

Qualifications

• 4 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of QA techniques, procedures and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product quality inspection per customer requirements.
• Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors across incoming, in-process & outgoing inspection.
• Coordinate with production for quality-related issues.
• Liaise with vendors and customers on quality complaints/feedback.
• Initiate non-conformance analysis and close corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage the QMS documentation system.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.


• Able to work independently and as a team player.


• Able to read & interpret engineering drawing.


• Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology.


• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or others regulatory requirement will advantage.
