Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI.
• Experience deploying and productionizing AI/LLM features.
• Strong English communication and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered features using Python.
• Develop core backend services and APIs exposing AI capabilities.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector search.
• Design and iterate prompts, agents, and orchestration with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Integrate with LLM providers and manage cost, latency, and quality.
• Evaluate model outputs with tooling and metrics for safety and accuracy.
• Work with Docker and data stores to support production AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into AI solutions.
