Job summary

RMA Consultants Pte Ltd is hiring a Software Engineer to build backend services and AI-enabled solutions focused on Agentic AI applications. You will design APIs, integrate AI/LLM components, and develop data pipelines, working with databases and knowledge graphs to deliver scalable, production-ready systems.

The role requires 1–2 years of backend experience, strong Python skills (FastAPI, REST), and familiarity with testing, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 1–2 years of backend software development experience.
• Proficient in Python with FastAPI and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and software components for AI applications.
• Develop data integration and processing pipelines across structured and unstructured data.
• Work with databases, semantic models, and knowledge graphs to support AI applications.
• Integrate AI/LLM components, databases, and backend services into end-to-end solutions.
• Convert prototypes and requirements into scalable, production-ready software.
• Participate in software development lifecycle activities, including testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with software, data, and business teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
