TEKsystems Singapore is seeking a proficient Python backend/platform engineer to join our AI platform team. You will own core backend components, build scalable APIs, and contribute to multi-tenant, production-grade services in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with AI product teams, leverage FastAPI, and apply best practices in software design, testing, and deployment. This role offers high ownership, exposure to cloud and AI workloads, and the chance to shape foundational

Qualificações

• 2–6 years of Backend Engineering, Software Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong API design and backend system development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining production backend applications, services, or APIs.
• Ability to independently own and deliver engineering components.
• Practical exposure to AI-powered applications, GenAI products, LLM integrations, copilots, or AI workflows.
• Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining enterprise LLM gateway and SDK
• Developing and maintaining the workflow runtime
• Developing and maintaining the shared services used by AI agents
• Cross-cutting platform concerns: multi-tenancy, rate limiting, quota enforcement, usage metering, internal APIs
• Build shared platform capabilities for AI applications including model provider gateways, workflow runtime, subscription/entitlement handling, agent harness features, and file management systems
