Job summary

VUI SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Technical Lead with 10-15 years of experience to design, develop and deliver a large-scale data platform on AWS for a public sector program. You will own end-to-end data architecture, ETL modernization, master data management, governance and reporting solutions.

The role requires leadership, collaboration with GovTech teams and infrastructure, and a proven track record in cloud-native data modernization and secure, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering or architecture
• Experience with AWS cloud
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Public sector project experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms on AWS
• Define target-state data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance and reporting
• Drive cloud-native modernization and technology roadmap
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, GovTech and infrastructure teams
• Lead ETL development and migrations toward AWS-native services
• Ensure data quality, scalability, security and monitoring of integrations
