Job summary

COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development and delivery of a large-scale data platform hosted on GCC using AWS services. You will own end-to-end data architecture, ETL modernization, governance, and reporting for a public sector program.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, driving cloud-native modernization, and ensuring scalable, secure data integrations across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Engineering and Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of AWS Cloud experience.
• Experience with data governance, MDM and ETL modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms on AWS GCC.
• Define target-state architecture for data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance and reporting.
• Drive cloud-native modernization initiatives and technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, client teams and infrastructure teams.
• Lead ETL/ELT development and migration toward AWS-native services.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability and performance.
