3 CUBED BUSINESS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to shape the data platform strategy for a public sector program hosted on GCC.

You will lead end-to-end architecture, data governance, and integration across AWS-native services, COTS products, and reporting layers. The role requires deep GovTech exposure, hands-on data engineering, and strong collaboration with government stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in the Singapore public sector

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Engineering and Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of AWS Cloud experience.
• Strong public sector experience and GovTech frameworks knowledge.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data solutions on GCC with AWS-native services.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of enterprise data platforms on AWS GCC.
• Define target-state architecture for data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, and reporting.
• Drive cloud-native modernization initiatives and technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, GovTech teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Oversee ETL/ELT development and migration toward AWS-native services.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and performance.
