Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to plan and execute engagement activities for the project site in Singapore. You will coordinate with event vendors, manage communications with residents, schools, government agencies, and other stakeholders, and ensure documentation and reporting meet project timelines.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Public Relations or Marketing, at least 4 years LTA experience, strong

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Public Relations/ Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' LTA experience.
  • Experience in event management, community engagement, stakeholder management, or public relations is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging residents, schools, government agencies, contractors, and the public.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute community engagement activities and events such as roadshows, school visits, unveiling events, and launch event planning and execution.
  • Coordinate event vendors and service providers, including quotations, setup, manpower, logistics, and on-site arrangements.
  • Handle public complaints and feedback related to the project site in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare letters, notices, and other communications to engage with the community and residents regarding project developments.
  • Arrange and attend meetings on public relations matters with the project team as required.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to provide updates on feedback and complaints received.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and residents.
  • Prepare event reports, engagement records, feedback summaries, and other documentation required by LTA and project stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.
