Job summary

Open Government Products (OGP) in Singapore seeks a Sector Partnerships Lead to own partnerships across healthcare, youth, social services and the public sector. You will connect partners to OGP products, shape proposals, and drive adoption with autonomy and impact.

You’ll collaborate with PE, product teams, and government agencies to turn conversations into durable programmes that citizens benefit from.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in partnerships, stakeholder management, business development or programme work with strong networks in healthcare, social services, youth or public sector.
• Proven track record turning introductions into commitments (pilot, funding, or agency adoption).
• Excellent communication and negotiation with senior officials and community groups.
• Strategic, evidence-led with ability to prioritise among many partners.
• Initiative-taking, comfortable with ambiguity and independent relationship-building.
• Curiosity about technology and public service; tech background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage sector partnerships across healthcare, youth, social services and the public sector.
• Open doors for OGP products by identifying stakeholders and enabling pilots and introductions.
• Capture partner problems and pass to civic tech builders to shape future work.
• Baseline and track partner adoption and usage of OGP products; report findings.
• Secure support beyond government through PE and community partners.
• Maintain shared partner records, agreements and playbooks to avoid single-person dependency.
