Job summary

F5 Networks Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Security Engineer to lead PSIRT activities, vulnerability management, and incident response. You will coordinate complex investigations, mentor engineers, and shape security guidance across global teams.

The role requires extensive production security experience, cloud and container tooling, and strong communication. You will work in a hybrid setup and engage with researchers and partners to strengthen resilience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical security roles, incident response, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• CISSP, GCIH, or comparable certifications; cloud certs a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CVE, CVSS, risk prioritization, and security frameworks.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; ability to teach and train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead security incident investigations and remediation efforts for complex cases.
• Monitor vulnerabilities across F5 products and coordinate timely responses.
• Develop, publish advisories, mitigations, and fix notifications with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor engineers, run training and attack simulations, drive security culture.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and produce executive‑level reporting.
