Job summary

YTL Starhill Global Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Property Operations professional to oversee Wisma Atria's building operations, tenancy coordination, contractors and projects, ensuring high standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenancy fit-out and approvals, and coordinate with tenants, MCSTs and service providers while monitoring budgets and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and M&E systems.
• Experience managing contractors and tenancy fit-out works.
• Hands-on, independent, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including common areas and car park.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building services and M&E.
• Manage outsourced service providers ensuring quality and compliance.
• Oversee tenancy matters including fit-out, renovations and reinstatement.
• Coordinate with tenants, consultants, MCSTs and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and purchase orders.
• Maintain records of building services and drawings.
• Manage insurance incidents and coordinate with insurers until closure.
• Ensure renewal of licences, permits and fire safety inspections.
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage renovations and asset enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations and policies.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
