Job summary

DLS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project professional to plan, schedule and manage complex projects in Singapore. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team from conception to completion, track milestones, mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on budget and schedule.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, MRICS membership, and at least five years of relevant experience. Strong contract knowledge, leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• MRICS or professional MRICS recognition is preferred.
• Independent, proactive and detail‑oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of the project.
• Coordinate and monitor various functions of project consultants from conception through tender, construction and completion.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide direction and support to the project team.
• Monitor and track progress and resolve issues.
• Communicate project progress, issues, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Manage project changes and interventions to achieve goals.
• Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee consultants and contractors; run projects within budget and schedule.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
