Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead technology solution deliveries using C#/ASP.NET and system integration. You will oversee the full SDLC, coordinate with external partners, and guide a team to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT, PMI/CITPM certification, and 5+ years in project management for medium to large-scale systems. RFID knowledge and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidates with RFID experience are a plus.
• CITPM and/or PMP certification.
• Experience designing and implementing C#, ASP.NET systems using OO concepts in N-Tier architecture.
• 5 years of project management experience on medium or large scale projects.
• Experience in project delivery for systems integration.
• Knowledge of biometrics, multimedia analytics, access control or robotics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grasp and understand business domain knowledge quickly.
• Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve issues raised by users during UAT and operations.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors.
• Lead a project team to support the project.
• Communicate with internal teams and external users for clarifications.
• Conduct walkthroughs and training sessions with external users where applicable.
• Prepare and update documentation and reports as required.
• Identify system or data deficiencies and recommend improvements and changes.
