2nd Edition Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to lead residential and condominium interiors. You will oversee concept to delivery, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure design intent meets quality standards with cross-disciplinary collaboration.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and related tools, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.

• Familiarity with design standards for residential and high-rise developments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential and condominium interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives and design vision.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring projects deliveries.
• Work with the team, architects, and contractors to create unified design solutions and coordinate projects effectively.
• Oversee the design development process, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring that all design aspects meet the quality standards.
• Providing regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or adjustments to the team.
• Attend site visits, conduct quality checks, ensure design intent is adhered to.
• Prepare and consolidate drawings, project documentation, including reports, specifications; review and check drawings;
• Ensure that all project activities comply with policies and procedures, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the design team, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience in managing residential or condominium interior design projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with design standards specific to residential and high-rise condominium developments.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft office, GSuite etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines efficiently.
• Experience in both project management and design roles.
