Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing residential and condominium interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and design vision.
  • Track project timelines, supporting the seniors in maintaining project progress.
  • Attend site visits, assist in quality checks, and help ensure design intent is followed.
  • Collaborate with the seniors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of project tasks.
  • Support the design and project phases by overseeing task execution and ensuring alignment with the design.
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating drawings, project documentation, including reports, specifications; review and check drawings.
  • Work closely with the seniors to resolve any project related issues.
  • Assist in ensuring project activities align with policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the design team, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Experience in residential or condominium interior design projects.
  • Experience in both design and project management roles.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle projects independently.
  • Familiarity with design standards for residential and high-rise condominium developments will be a plus .
  • Knowledge of local authority compliance, design practices, and materials.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, GSuite, etc.).
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
