Sembcorp seeks a Project Manager to lead a team of Project Engineers in delivering renewable energy or gas-related projects based in Toa Payoh, Singapore. You will drive construction activities, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure safety, quality and schedule alignment with the Project Execution Plan.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring authority submissions, creating master schedules, and coordinating resources to meet targets. Travel to sites regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
• 5 years of experience in related industry
• Experience in energy related engineering management and project management is an added advantage
• Experience in renewable energy or gas related projects is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project/Primavera

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Project Engineers to manage & coordinate the implementation of construction activities for renewable energy or gas related projects
• Plan and monitor progress of authority submissions to ensure critical path of project is met
• Manage key stakeholders & takes accountability for the successful implementation of project, from safety, quality and schedule standpoint
• Create master construction schedule for developments and projects with identification of critical / mandatory activities
• Ensure project completion targets are met. Report misses and develop catch-up-plan
