Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Project Manager (Construction) to support an estate management services client in Central Singapore.

The role focuses on leading on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to contractual scope while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. You will plan, schedule, and allocate resources, monitor costs, and prepare progress reports and procurement lists.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities, including on-site teams and workforce, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope and specifications.
• Monitor and control project costs with accountability for financial performance and profitability.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, claims, safety reports, procurement lists, and ad-hoc reports.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Lead project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
